Supplier Continuous Improvement Program (SCIP), is a world leading supply chain management initiative being delivered by the Defence Industry Innovation Centre. Becoming widely adopted as the worldwide standard within the Defence industry, SCIP offers a continuous improvement framework for supply chain performance. As more businesses join this initiative in Australia, the more competitive the industry supply chain becomes.
SCIP aims to boost the competitiveness of Defence supply chains in Australia through:

SCIP members work together to harmonise how supply chains are developed, how accreditation occurs, how performance is measured and how relationships are improved. There is no charge to sign up to SCIP and it is available to businesses of any size.
