Enterprise Connect Infopath forms will timeout if the connection is lost or if it is not submitted within a reasonable time after opening (30+ minutes). It is recommended that you should allow adequate time to complete the form, have all the relevant information available and save the form regularly to ensure that information is not lost.
Which fields are mandatory?
Mandatory fields are found throughout Enterprise Connect forms. They are identified with a red asterisk.
How do I know if I have entered the correct information in the fields?
If you attempt to submit a form with incorrect data, you will receive the following error message: InfoPath cannot submit the form because it contains errors. Errors are marked with either a red asterisk (required fields) or a red, dashed border (invalid values). Note that tooltips will display fields with incorrect data, such as 'Cannot be blank' or 'Please enter a valid ACN'.
How do I enter a date?
Dates can be typed in (dd/mm/yyyy) or selected by clicking on the calendar icon.
How do I save my form?
Forms can be saved to your computer.The 'Save' option is at the top left corner of the form. To save your form,
1. Click the ‘Save’ button on the form.

2. Click 'Save' in the Windows dialog box

3. In the Save As box, select the location you wish to save the form to, give the file a meaningful name and click 'Save'

4. The Download complete box will display

How do I submit the form?
Before a form can be submitted the verification field located below the 'Submit Form' button must be completed. You will need to enter the numbers in the shaded image into the field before selecting 'Submit Form'.

Once the form has been submitted, a receipt will be displayed with:
• The type of application submitted
• A receipt/lodgement number
• The option to print or close

Can I submit an incomplete form?
The form cannot be submitted until it is complete. If you attempt to submit an incomplete form you will receive the following error: InfoPath cannot submit the form because it contains errors. Errors are marked with either a red asterisk (required fields) or a red, dashed border (invalid values). You can save your application form to your desktop at any time. See How do I save my form? How do I print?
You can print your application form at any time. To print your application form:
1. Click 'Print View' to display a print-friendly version of the application form

2. Click the Print icon on your browser to print

How do I attach files into a TAS application?
To attach a draft proposal from a consultant, click on the 'Click here to attach a file' button. Browse to select a file and then click 'Upload'. Click ‘Attach another file’ to add an additional file.

How do I put multiple project components in a TAS application?
To add another project component to the TAS project, click the 'Add another Project' link.

Each added component must be completed. If you add more project components than you need, you can remove a component by hovering your mouse over the component and clicking the down arrow that appears. Click 'Remove Project' from the options.
How do I open a saved application?
To load a previously saved application form:
1. Go to the application page under the apply here menu.
2. Click 'Browse' to locate the file

3. Select the saved file and click 'Open'

4. Click 'Load' to load the file
