Leadership 21 is a highly valued education program provided by Mt Eliza Executive Education and Enterprise Connect. It has been specifically designed to help CEO and owners of small and medium businesses (SMEs) explore new ways to deal directly with the challenges and opportunities they face in their business.
Leadership 21 combines basic management theory with practical implementation projects drawn from your Business Review. Action learning, coaching and peer work are key to the success of this dynamic program.
Leadership 21 assists participants to:
- develop greater awareness of what drives business growth;
- create a more sustainable business; and
- understand what they need to do as leaders to manage change in their business.
Building on the existing skills and experience of participants, the course provides additional tools, knowledge and skills that can be directly applied in the business.
About the program
The program runs for approximately six to eight months and will require a total of ten days away from your business over four residential workshops.
The program also includes, five one-on-one coaching sessions with a qualified business coach and six learning group sessions in which you will connect with other owners and managers.
Leadership 21 is open to all CEO, managers and owners of SMEs. You can enrol into the program through the Mt Eliza Executive Education website. If you are currently undertaking or have completed a Business Review your participation in Leadership 21 will be partially subsidised by Enterprise Connect.
If you are not currently undertaking or have completed a Business Review you will be required to pay the full program fee.
