
Continuous Improvement Program
Enterprise Connect helps small and medium-sized businesses develop their own continuous improvement plan to guide their business along the continuous improvement journey.
The Continuous Improvement Program engagement would typically be delivered over a two year period and follows on from an Enterprise Connect Business Review. The program measures the critical business information that is the foundation of the continuous improvement process. The two year engagement (following the Business Review) enables sufficient time to implement and firmly embed the changes, with the ability to measure the outcomes and achievements.
The Continuous Improvement Program is a facilitated process, with an experienced Business Adviser coaching the operators of each business, measuring and evaluating progress against targets, and working to identify and resolve problems and challenges.
