Our Business Review is a top-to-bottom analysis of your business, carried out on-site by highly skilled and experienced Business Advisers at no charge to your business.
Your Business Adviser will spend one to two days on-site gathering information for your Business Review and will work with people throughout various operational levels of your business to develop a thorough view of:
- relative strengths and weaknesses
- strategic business issues
- critical areas for business improvement and
- potential pathways for growth
A firm will undergo a holistic business review including business direction and strategy; industry standing and market position; and business performance. The Business Adviser will use their industry experience combined with diagnostic and other tools to investigate key areas of your business.
Applications for a Business Review can be made individually, or as a group of companies. To apply for a Business Review you will need to complete and submit a short form which should take around 10-15 minutes.
