Background:
With a strong background in financial management and business administration, Roger brings more than 14 years of business advisory experience to the Enterprise Connect team, along with more than 18 years of working with small to medium enterprises (SME’s) throughout regional South Australia and Western Victoria. For the last 14 years Roger has held the position of Senior Business Advisor for the Limestone Coast Regional Development Board, and was the longest serving and most experienced Business Adviser in the Regional Development Board network in South Australia.
Roger has worked closely with businesses across a wide range of industry sectors including timber, engineering, transport, food processing and viticulture. He has also held several senior positions in the finance sector such as Senior Auditor, during which time he was responsible for the planning, supervision and participation of a national audit program.
While working in the family business in Adelaide and the South East of South Australia, Roger gained first-hand experience and knowledge of the issues confronting SME’s in regional Australia.
Qualifications:
Roger’s formal qualifications include Certificate 1V in Business Facilitation and Training and Workplace Assessment.
