He has experience in manufacturing and distribution for organisations with annual turnovers ranging from $2 million to $1.4 billion. Throughout his career Nathan has held responsibility for business profitability which has provided him with experience across all functional areas of the business, including sales and marketing, finance, human resources, and operations (including integrated logistics and supply chain management).
Nathan has strong management experience in the areas of start-up operations, entry into new and adjacent markets, acquisition integration, business remodelling, and supply chain management. Nathan’s particular area of interest lies in leading change and identifying and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver strong financial performance and increase the long term business sustainability.
