Background:
Leslie has extensive experience undertaking business diagnostics and improvement plans with small-to-medium sized businesses in a wide variety of sectors. Leslie has run her own business providing small business advice, consultancy, coaching and training to SMEs. Clients have come from backgrounds including manufacturing, engineering, education, retail, media and travel.
Some of Leslie’s services have included the provision of business, marketing, human resource, operational advice and direction. This has been achieved by the preparation of business and strategic plans, undertaking business diagnostics for a range of clients, preparing growth plans and follow-up programs, undertaking business coaching programs for various businesses, preparation of marketing plans and preparation of budget cash flows and detailed financial analysis.
Leslie’s previous roles have included senior business advisory roles with Queensland State Development and KPMG. Leslie has great knowledge to offer to Queensland SMEs in her new role as a Business Adviser with the Enterprise Connect Manufacturing Centres.
Qualifications:
Leslie has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, (A.C.C.A) UK.
