Background:
Lain is an experienced business analyst having led teams to review the operational performance of manufacturing, heavy industry and services businesses in Australia and internationally. Lain has also worked as the internal business improvement consultant for local manufacturing companies and most recently as a consultant providing business process automation. During these roles Lain has assisted clients to achieve substantially improved financial performance by identifying and implementing positive change in process, systems and behaviour. Lain is also an experienced finance professional with strong experience in controls and systems design.

Lain has a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant and Certified in Production and Inventory Control.
