Background:
Prior to joining Enterprise Connect Joe was a Strategy and Planning Manager for a major Australian listed oil company, where he responsible for reviewing and preparing business plans and driving business initiatives across the Marketing business. He was also responsible for establishing a framework for innovation across business units. Joe also worked in the finance and marketing groups where his roles included business development, franchisee management and mentoring, and developing and monitoring KPI's for the overall marketing business.
Joe has also worked in the coal mining industry, for a greenfields mining project, where he had responsibility for establishing business systems and identifying Research and Development claims.
Joe began his career working for a major international Chartered Accountancy practice where he specialised in taxation. Clients ranged from high wealth individuals, SME businesses to large multinationals. He moved on to be a Tax Manager for a large publicly listed company where he was involved in establishing structured finance transactions and a number of mergers and acquisitions.
Joe has a keen interest in developing and delivering tangible and realistic business outcomes that are concise, realistic and clearly communicated across the business. Joe has had a great amount of experience in developing systems for monitoring business outcomes in a timely and meaningful manner.
