Background:
Greg Salotti is a management executive with 20 years experience in the Defence Contracting, Information Technology, and Commercial sectors. Over his 20 year career, Greg has worked in General Management, Commercial, Finance and Human Relations Roles for large organizations, SME’s and startup ventures.
Greg spent over 12 years with one of Australia’s largest Defence contractors, ADI Limited (now Thales Group) as Commercial Manager - Information Systems, Services and Software during a period of rapid growth, technology and ownership change. He has an acute understanding of the challenges faced by SME’s in the Defence and Technology sectors.
Greg has also spent over 8 years working with smaller innovative R&D and technology ventures and has successfully launched and managed several businesses in this sector.
Greg has a diverse range of business experience including IP protection and Licensing and Defence Tendering processes. He is passionate about investment in and protection of human capital and innovation through human networks.
Qualifications:
Greg is a graduate of the University of Western Australia with a degree in Economics.
