Charles Barnard 

Background:
Charles has extensive experience in a number of industries across South Africa, several countries in the Middle East and most recently Australia. He has received recognition for his achievements in operations, sales, distribution, manufacturing and supply chain in beverage manufacturing; General management in beverage manufacturing, light engineering, transport and logistics; Consulting in strategy, business turn-around, supply chain, lean manufacturing and marketing.

During his 25 plus year career, Charles has worked with a range of organisations from multi-national UK and USA based corporates in South Africa and the Middle East to supporting start-up and mature SMEs in both South Africa and Australia, providing diagnostic and professional advice on strategy, performance improvement and restructuring for survival and growth.

With a passion for creating solutions, Charles has been instrumental in changing several loss making operations into sustainable, profitable businesses through utilising a combination of strategic analysis, change management and hands on execution and implementation.

In addition to his formal qualifications Charles is a member of both "The Australian Institute of Management" and the "Australian Institute of Company Directors".

This combination of experience and qualifications has allowed Charles to develop an ability to quickly assess a company's health and subsequently develop relevant business strategies and recommendations to measurably improve a company's performance.
