The Business Review Application Form is available to fill out online. Help is available if you have any problems.
The application should take about 15 minutes to complete. The form collects your contact details and assesses whether your firm meets the eligibility criteria. If you wish to work with a specific Business Adviser, you can also nominate them on your form.
You are also required to add your firm's Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC) category and number in the application form. If you are unsure of what your firm's ANZSIC number is, you can search the ANZSIC alphabetic index or download a list of the ANZSIC categories from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) web site.
The ABS Australian Standard Geographical Classifications (ASGC) maps, which define the metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane, is available to view online (.pdf, 770KB). If your firm is located within the white areas of these maps then you are consider to be located within the metropolitan area of that city.
A list of suburbs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth that are classed as metropolitan is also available. This list is sourced from the Australian Bureau of Statistics ASGC. If your suburb does not appear on this list then you are located in a regional area.
Your application will be assessed by one of our Enterprise Centres. One of our staff will contact you within one to two working days to notify you of the outcome of your application.
