The Business Review is a comprehensive analysis of your firm, carried out on site, by skilled and experienced Enterprise Connect Business Advisers at no cost to your firm.
Our Business Advisers will work with people throughout various operational levels of your firm to develop a thorough view of:
- the strengths and weaknesses of your business
- strategic issues
- potential areas for business improvement and
- potential areas for growth
Business Advisors will spend three to four days on-site gathering information for each Business Review.
To apply for a Business Review you will need to complete and submit a short form which should take around 10 – 15 minutes.
Applications for a Business Review can be made individually, or as a group of companies.
Once your application form has been received and assessed, someone from one of our enterprise centres will contact you.
If you have not nominated a particular Business Adviser, an adviser with the appropriate experience and skills to suit your firm will be allocated to you by the centre.
Your Business Adviser will contact you to make an appointment.
