Our Services 

The Manufacturing Centres offers a range of services and support to help your firm to access new skills, technologies and to build your firm's internal capacity and capability.

The core services of the Manufacturing Centres include:

• Business Review conducted for free by one of our Business Advisers
• Tailored Advisory Service provides funding to implement actions identified in the Business Review
• Researchers in Business offers the placement of researchers from universities or public research agencies into businesses to help develop and implement new commercial ideas.

In addition the Manufacturing Centres can offer a range of other services, including:

• Continuing client management
• Online Self-assessment Tool
• Assistance with problem solving
• Networking and knowledge dissemination.

To be eligible for the services provided by the Manufacturing Centres, applicant firms must:

• possess an Australian Company Number (ACN)
• have turned over more than $2 million and under $100 million in the previous financial year
• be solvent
• be involved in manufacturing or part of a manufacturing supply chain
• have traded for the last three years (ie. have filed Business Activity Statements for the last three consecutive years)
• not have received similar assistance from other Government (Australian, State or Territory) programs within the last three years
• have the Application Form completed by an authorised representative of the firm, including: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, Chairman of the Board, President, or similar position holder.
