Online Self-assessment Tool

Assessment of Priorities and Performance for Manufacturing SMEs

This self assessment is designed to help you identify aspects of your business that may need further development in order to improve your business performance.

Using this self assessment tool involves three steps:

  1. The first section asks you to prioritise topics, such as Price and Quality, according to their importance to your business.
  2. You will then be asked to rate the performance of key capabilities, such as Delivery Performance, Supply Chain, Innovation, etc.
  3. After filling out all of the questions and submitting the assessment you will receive a visual representation of the performance of your firm's capabilities against the priorities that you have identified as most important to your business. These results can be used to help develop an action plan to improve business performance.

This self assessment is based on work conducted by the Institute for Manufacturing at Cambridge University.

You should allow 30/45 minutes to complete. Your scores may be saved and revised at any time.

Your answers are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed or shared in any way.
