The Business Review is a comprehensive analysis of your firm, carried out on site, by skilled and experienced Enterprise Connect Business Advisers.
Our Business Advisers will work with people throughout various operational levels of your firm to develop a thorough view of, for example:
- the strengths and weaknesses of the firm
- strategic business issues
- potential areas for business improvement
- potential areas for growth
This will typically involve three to four days of the Business Adviser's and the firm's time. Business Reviews are delivered at no cost to the firm.
To apply for a Business Review you will need to complete and submit a short form which should take around 10 – 15 minutes.

Once your application form has been received and assessed, someone from our state Manufacturing Centre will contact you. If you have not nominated a Business Adviser, the adviser with the appropriate experience and skills to suit your firm will be allocated to you by the centre. Your Business Adviser will contact you to set up an appointment.
