The application should take about 15 minutes to complete. The form collects your contact details and assesses whether your firm meets the eligibility criteria. If you wish to work with a specific Business Adviser, you can also nominate them on your form.
To be eligible to apply for a Tailored Advisory Service grant, your firm must have undertaken an Enterprise Connect or Australian Industry Productivity Centre Business Review, or a process deemed equivalent by the Manufacturing Centre Manager in your state.

- download the form from the link above
- complete the form on your computer and save a copy for your files
- email your completed form to your state office by clicking on the link below. If you are unsure which state to email your application to, you can email it to enterpriseconnect@innovation.gov.au

An Enterprise Connect staff member will be in contact with you within two weeks of receipt of a complete application to notify you of the outcome.
