The application should take about 15 minutes to complete. The form collects your contact details and assesses whether your firm meets the eligibility criteria. If you wish to work with a specific Business Adviser, you can also nominate them on your form.
We accept applications from groups of firms. The eligibility criteria for groups are slightly different than those for individual firms. The lower turnover threshold drops from $2 million to $1 million in the previous financial year, however the total turnover for the group must exceed $4 million in the previous financial year. Please read our Client Guidelines for further information on group applications.
Each individual firm in the group will need to complete a group member application form. Your group will need to elect a Lead firm to act as a spokesperson for the group. The lead firm will also need to complete the group application cover form.

Please follow the steps below to submit an RTF form:
- download the form from the link above
- complete the form on your computer and save a copy for your files
- email your completed form to your state office by clicking on the link below. If you are unsure which state to email your application to, you can email it to enterpriseconnect@innovation.gov.au
